Android Animation Walter Robot was programmed into existence by a lonely scientist in the music clip for Missed the Boat by indie band Modest Mouse. Since then, Walter (a.k.a Bill Barminski and Christopher Louie) has gone on to direct clips for acts as divese as Vitalic (lo-fi head-nod) and Underoath (rock-o-rama). His latest instalment for the self-proclaimed Odd Couple Gnarls Barkley, is a delightful animated sketch that follows the pursuits of a defective superman as he defends the city against a giant puzzle.
